Countrywide protest rallies on Friday to protest anti-Islam film
Protest rallies will be staged in all over Pakistan to protest the anti-Islam movie, on a call from Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen’s secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri.
Main rally will be staged in Islamabad where the supporters of the MWM will start marching to the U.S. embassy in diplomatic enclave from sector G-6/2.
In Karachi, the MWM’s supporters will hold Labbaik Ya Muhammad (SAWW) March from Numaish Chowrangi to Tibet Centre. They will pass through M.A. Jinnah Road.
Similar rallies will be held in other major cities of Pakistan. The Muslims all over the world are protesting against the blasphemous movie Innocence of Muslims.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri said that on one hand, the West has deprived people of denial of Holocaust and on the other they allow blasphemy of Prophet of Islam (SAWW) in the name of freedom of expression. He said it is double standard of the West.
He said that film and the cartoons published in a French satire magazine were part of U.S.-led West’s terrorism against Islam, Muslims and sanctities of Islam.
