Yazidi terrorists involved in attack on Chehlum anniversary of Imam Hussain (AS) arrested

Yazidi terrorists involved in attack on Chehlum anniversary of Imam Hussain (AS) arrested
Three terrorists of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ), involved in attacks on Shiites and bomb blasts have been arrested with heavy quantity of arms and ammunitions, Crime Investigation Department (CID) of Sindh Police said on Wednesday.

According to Shiite News Correspondent from Karachi, incharge of the CID team Ali Raza at a press briefing disclosed that Mudassir, Kamran Khan and Shahid were arrested from Manghopir area. They are terrorists of the banned LeJ that is an offshoot of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba that has been renamed as Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat (ASWJ).

The CID official further said that 4 suicidal jackets, 8 hand grenades, 100 kilogram of explosive materials, Kalashnikovs and pistols and other equipments used in bomb-making were recovered from their possession.

The notorious Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorists were involved in the terrorism on the anniversary of chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) on the route of main chehlum procession on M.A. Jinnah Road and at a Shia mosque and Imam Bargah in Orangi Town in 2013. They had also assassinated several Shiites. CID police said they were planning more attacks but they arrested them and foiled their future terrorist attacks.
